Catechesis of the Good Shepherd

About Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS)

CGS is a formation for children in which the religious values of childhood especially contemplation and enjoyment of God, are the focus. This experience is shared in a space specifically prepared for the religious life of children, called the Atrium. To understand more, read this post on CraftyCatholicMoms.com.

Currently, St. Luke offers Level I for 3-6 year-olds. Money to create the works in the St. Luke Atrium was provided by generous donations from the St. Luke Men’s Club. Materials for creating many of the works were given by the St. Luke Altar Society. The former moms group members and their families and extended families offered countless hours of talented work to hand-make and collect the bulk of the items needed for presentations. A video tour is available on youtube.com.
